COOKING FRENCH FOOD

 

FRANCE

This week we continue with our culinary trip, we visit France.



French food is often rich tasting and filling. Some french ingredients may include CREAM, CHEESE, WINE, ANCHOVY, TUNA, OLIVE PASTE....


BREAKFAST 
Breakfast is called LE PETIT- DÉJEUNER in France.
French breakfast includes some delicious croissants, French bread  with butter and jam and a hot coffee.

 


LUNCH
Families in France take a long lunch break time sometimes up to two hours.


 RATATOUILLE is a traditional French dish made from fresh vegetables. The ingredients are onions, courgettes, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes and some garlic.

 TEATIME

 


 The CRÊPES are delicious and  very easy to cook for teatime.
